Ceramic fiber board construction precautions

The ceramic fiberboard is made of selected high-quality flint clay melted in an electric furnace above 2000 °C, mechanically blown into fibers, evenly added with special binders, oil and water repellent, and heated and solidified. The architecture of ceramic fiberboard is mainly composed of adhesive layer, insulation layer, plastering layer, finishing layer and accessories.

First of all, we should take various safety precautions before construction, not in bad weather, especially in low and high temperature weather, which will affect the function of silicon ceramic fiberboard, and it will get twice the result with half the effort.

Secondly, the prepared paste should be used up within 6 hours, and the remaining paste should not be used for new purposes, so that the performance of the paste is unstable, and the use of the paste in construction may cause the plate to fall off, resulting in construction risks.

Finally, in order to make the silicon ceramic fiberboard more firmly attached to the wall and play a role, the wall should be moistened before construction, and the absence of clean water shall prevail.
