The non-calcination inorganic ceramic fiber board is made of pure aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which is formed by a self-developed eco-friendly production equipment assembly line and can be formed into inorganic board with no organic matter and without the need for secondary firing. The novel inorganic ceramic fiber board does not contain organic matter, is smokeless and odorless in cases of open fire, high temperatures, and intense heat, and has the advantage that the strength and hardness are not decreasing but increasing.
Due to adopting novel equipment, production processes, and formulas, the novel inorganic ceramic fiber board has the advantages of a more accurate size, a more delicate and smooth surface, an extremely low shot content, a low heat conductivity coefficient, and extremely small thermal shrinkage. It can be cut into corresponding sizes according to usage requirements, supports treatments such as punching, cutting, and similar processes, and is an ideal eco-friendly high-temperature-resistant insulation board for wall-hanging stoves, electric furnaces, ovens, and the like.
Production Application
Thermal insulation and fireproof materials for carbon, graphite, metallurgy, petrochemical, glass, ceramics, non-ferrous metals, and other industries require the special usage environment of high temperatures or smokeless and flameless in an open fire.
