Ceramic Fiber Paper

Ceramic fiber paper is made of selected alumina silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material by the wet-forming process. Based on that traditional process, the deslagging and drying process is improved, featuring no asbestos, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no layering, low shot content (four times of centrifugal deslagging), flexible adjustment of volume weight according to use, high strength (containing reinforced fibers), good resilience, and strong machinability. Ceramic fiber paper (aluminum silicate fiber paper) is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber with a small amount of scientifically selected and strictly controlled binder. The binder will completely burn off during use.

It applies to heat insulation, preservation, sealing, electrical insulation, and sound absorption and filtration in high-temperature environments. Paper thickness and bulk density can be precisely controlled thanks to the production technology used for ceramic fiber products, which also results in a very uniform fiber distribution.
