Graphic Details
High-temperature calcium silicate insulation board is composed of xonotlite hydrate and reinforced fiber, which does not contain asbestos and is an efficient energy-saving product. It can be widely applied to the energy-saving and thermal insulation engineering of industrial appliances because of its excellent features, which include high temperature resistance, strong thermal insulation performance, low volume weight, high strength, good durability, anti-corrosion, cutting and sawing, convenient construction, etc.
Performance:
A. Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation.
B. Good thermal stability and a small shrinkage value when the temperature changes.
C. Low density, small volume weight, little heat storage.
D. The strength is high. Its strength is the highest among the hard thermal insulation materials.
E. Good durability. There is no pulverization similar to that of ceramic fiber felts during long-term use.
F. Carcinogen-free, that is, low-melting organic binders, including asbestos, sulfur, chlorine, and other toxic substances, etc.
Production Application
Cement industry: rotary kiln, decomposition kiln, preheater, air duct, burner hood, and cooler
Non-ferrous metallurgical industry: electrolyzer
Metallurgical industry: heating furnace, soaking pit furnace, annealing furnace, high-temperature flue, and warm-air pipe
Petrochemical industry: heating furnace, ethylene cracking furnace, hydrogenation furnace, aromatic furnace, and catalytic cracking furnace
Utility industry: preheating furnace pipes
Glass industry: furnace bottom and wall
Ceramic industry: core and plate of tunnel kiln and tunnel kiln car.
