Polycrystalline Fiber Series

Polycrystalline mullite fiber cotton is a new ultra-light, high-temperature refractory fiber cotton, which is a kind of polycrystalline alumina fiber. The service temperature of the fiber is between 1,500 and 1,700℃, and its Al2O3 content ranges from 72% to 75%. It can be widely used in the lining insulation of high-temperature industrial furnaces and other thermal equipment in metallurgy, machinery, electronics, ceramics, chemical industry, glass, aerospace, and military research. The product can be directly contacted by the flame, is resistant to scouring, and has low thermal conductivity, which can effectively extend the life of the furnace and improve production efficiency.

Polycrystalline mullite fiber block (veneering block) is made of polycrystalline mullite fiber cotton by a special process of finishing, compression, and cutting. The product has outstanding flexibility and resilience and is free of binder and other ingredients. It is possible to use it at temperatures higher than 1,600℃. Regular dimension is 200×100×50 mm.

Polycrystalline mullite fiber board is an ultra-high temperature-resistant fiber board product newly developed by our company. Its maximum temperature resistance is up to 1,900℃, and its density is up to 600 kg/m3 or more. It can meet a variety of high temperature needs.
